Well, ok, so there WILL NOT in fact be a new CD out by summertime, but fear not loyal hordes of Ambergris fans – the new disc has in fact been recorded. We hit BALLZZDEEP studios in Hackettstown NJ last weekend and laid down 15 new tracks. The rough mix is in our hands and sounds pretty decent so far – when it’s finally mixed it’s going to kill. We’re going to release it ourselves on our No Way Out label, and the title of the disc is “A Whale’s Tale”. We’re planning a CD release party at the November 1 Halloween party show with Blanks 77 up at Penn Monster Factory in Stroudsburg. Details on that show are on the shows page. As I get more details on the show (cost, start time and other bands), I’ll post that info too. Look for us to play with JT Haberstaadt’s comedy tour again in October too.
